Veterans Virtual Recovery & Support is an open forum virtual group for Veterans in substance recovery or seeking a path to recovery.
All perspectives and paths are welcome. You can be as open or anonymous as you like. Cameras can remain off and names hidden. This is a judgment free environment. Just log on and know you are not alone.
Meet Your Facilitator:
Josh is a Certified Peer Recovery Specialist for Mental Health Association of NJ Veteran Peer Services. He served 5 years as a Navy Corpsman, completing multiple combat deployments. After exiting the military Josh began to self medicate and found himself living a life of addiction. Josh has now been in recovery for 7 years and uses his experiences to support other Veterans.
