39th New Jersey’s Mission of Honor Ceremony
The 39th New Jersey’s Mission of Honor Ceremony will be held on Tuesday, September 9, 2025 to honor three veterans, two US Navy Veterans who served during World War II and one US Marine Corps Veteran who served during World War I.
NJ Mission of Honor has located these veterans with the cooperation of funeral directors from the Halpin-Bitecola Brookdale Funeral Home, BloomField. The veterans will be honored after being abandoned for 18 to 36 years.
All are welcome to attend the Committal Service at the cemetery.
12:30 pm – Arrive at the information Center via Front Entrance – BG William C. Doyle Veterans Memorial Cemetery. All attending shall remain at the Front Entrance Information Center until being escorted by Cemetery Personnel.
1:00 pm – Committal Service.
